Friday After 5 is a summer-long series of free outdoor concerts held every Friday on the stunningly beautiful Owensboro, Ky riverfront.
Friday After 5 began in 1996 with four concerts and grew into a 16-week signature festival for the entire tri-state area hosting more than 50,000 visitors each season on the riverfront every Friday After 5. It’s Where the Weekend Begins!
Fun. Friends. Free. All events are free thanks to the sponsors. Friday After Five even supply free popcorn and balloon animals for the kids.
Friday After 5 was again named one of the “Top Ten Summer Festivals” in Kentucky and just won the Reader’s Choice Gold Award again this year. The festival includes live bands, family events, food and entertainment and our “Toast to the Sunset” at each Friday After 5.
